This type of desi ghee is believed to have certain health benefits. Our skilled artisans, deeply rooted in centuries-old Vedic Bilona techniques, embark on a journey of transformation. Beginning with the purest milk, they carefully culture it into curd, churn it into butter, and then delicately heat it in traditional mitti handi over cow dung cakes, a process spanning hours.

The process used for the extraction of cooking oil makes all the difference to its quality and nutritional value. In the conventional methods, oil is extracted using high temperatures and heat. It breaks down the composition of the oil thereby leading to the loss of it’s nutritional value. Trans fats are produced in this process, which are harmful for our health. Further they undergo hydrogenation process and treated with harmful chemicals for the purpose of refining and removing the odour.
