Shipping Policy

We ship only in India. orders are shipped through registered domestic logistic partners or through speed post. Only prepaid orders are accepted. Currently COD option is not available.

Address and other contact details as asked by us at the time of placement of the order should be carefully submitted by you. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you place your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once dispatch is made, the shipping details will be forwarded to you via email along with the tracking ID. You can track your order by using tracking ID on our logistic partner’s website. In the unlikely event of the ordered item not in stock, We will inform you via mail and refund the amount paid by you within 7 business days.

Our shipping partners deliver the products Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and during public holidays. Usually the products are delivered between 6-7 business days depending upon the location. Vedantam is not liable for any delay in deliveries by our logistic partners and only guarantees to dispatch the consignment from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Deliveries may get delayed due to the various unexpected reasons over which we may not have control. You are requested to kindly bear with us.

We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes, if any.
